Cookie and tracking data collected through cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from service providers and business partners, including payment processors, course or community platforms, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, email providers, and social media platforms. The information received depends on your settings and the services involved.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
Process purchases, confirm transactions, deliver digital products, and manage course or community access.
Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, track course progress, and personalize the user experience.
Respond to questions, provide customer support, and send administrative or service-related notices.
Send marketing emails, promotions, announcements, and educational content where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
Measure traffic and performance, understand how users interact with the Services, and improve our content, products, and marketing.
Display and measure advertisements, create advertising audiences, and evaluate campaign performance, subject to applicable law and your available choices.
Detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, security incidents, misuse, copyright infringement, account sharing, violations of our Terms of Use, and other harmful or unlawful conduct.
Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of HRA, our users, and others.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functions, account authentication, preferences, analytics, performance, marketing, and advertising. Some technologies are necessary for the Services to function; others may be managed through a cookie banner, browser settings, or platform-specific controls where available.
Disabling cookies may affect certain features. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Where required by applicable law, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
Service providers that help us operate the Services, including website hosting, course delivery, community hosting, payment processing, email, customer support, analytics, advertising, cloud storage, fraud prevention, and security providers.
Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors.
Advertising and analytics partners that help us understand usage, measure campaigns, and deliver or personalize advertising.
Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Services.
A buyer, successor, investor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, acquisition, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.
Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
HRA does not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures involving advertising cookies or pixels may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out as described below.
5. Private Community and Publicly Shared Content
Course purchases may include access to an HRA private community. Information you choose to post or share may be visible to other community members and may be copied, saved, or shared by those members despite HRA’s rules. Do not post payment information, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information. HRA cannot control how other users handle information you voluntarily share.
Community participation is also governed by the HRA Terms of Use and community rules. We may review or retain community content as reasonably necessary to moderate the community, enforce our rules, investigate complaints, or comply with law.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. HRA may receive transaction details such as your name, billing address, purchase amount, payment method type, and transaction status, but we generally do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Your payment processor’s own privacy policy governs its processing of payment information.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and purchase records, honor access rights, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect our legitimate business interests. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 15 and write “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link in the message. You may still receive transactional, account, security, or course-related communications.
10. California Privacy Notice
If California law applies to HRA and to your information, California residents may have additional rights regarding the categories of personal information collected, the sources and purposes of collection, the categories of recipients, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. During the preceding 12 months, HRA may have collected the categories described in Section 1 and disclosed them for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy.
HRA does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If HRA becomes subject to additional California disclosure or opt-out requirements, we will provide the required notices and request methods.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may link to websites, social networks, payment services, or other third-party services that HRA does not control. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
13. International Users
HRA is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.
